Hilton Romanski, who was featured twice on GCV’s Powerlist in 2012 and 2014, has become a partner and senior managing director at Siris Capital.
Hilton Romanski, formerly senior vice-president and chief strategy officer at US-based computer network equipment supplier Cisco, has joined Siris Capital’s investment team.
US-based private equity firm Siris Capital hired Romanski as a partner and senior managing director and invests mainly in companies with a data, telecommunications and technology focus.
With headquarters in New York, Siris has also tasked Romanski with setting up an office in Silicon Valley.
