Greenfly takes the road to Mandalay for $6.2m

Mandalay Sports Media was among the investors in a series A round for sports media networking platform Greenfly that included digital advertising agency R/GA.

Greenfly, a US-based operator of a sports and media networking platform, closed a $6.2m series A round on Thursday featuring film and television content producer Mandalay Sports Media.

The round was led by investment firm Iconica Partners, which is also an investor in Mandalay, and included R/GA Ventures, the investment arm of digital advertising agency R/GA, as well as marketing agency Go4it, Elysian Park Ventures, Corazon Capital, and Tack Ventures.
