Google Ventures joins $5.3m series A funding for maker of workforce performance management technology.
Objective Logistics, a US-based maker of workforce performance optimization and management software, has raised $5.3m in series A funding led by venture capital firm Atlas Venture, with the participation of Google Ventures, the corporate venturing arm of internet search company Google, and venture capital firm Next View Ventures.
The funding will be used to scale operations and to extend Objective Logistics’ software platform Muse from the restaurant industry into other industries.
Jeff Fagnan, partner at Atlas Venture, said: “Objective Logistics is the pioneer and first-mover in the new and growing talent optimization space. With new entrants increasingly coming into the field, we have no doubt that they have the right team and technology to win.”
