The corporate venturing subsidiaries of Google, Comcast and Qualcomm all exited from Divide after it was purchased by Google for an undisclosed amount.
Internet company Google has acquired Divide, a US-based developer of cloud systems that enable employees to use their own devices at work, for an undisclosed sum.
The acquisition has provided exits for Google Ventures, the corporate venturing arm of Google, Qualcomm Ventures, the corporate venture capital unit of communications company Qualcomm, and Comcast Ventures, the private venture capital affiliate of media company Comcast.
