DeNA exited online video monetisation platform FameBit in an acquisition by Google, which bought the company for an undisclosed amount.

FameBit, a US-based marketplace connecting video creators with advertisers backed by internet company DeNA, was acquired by Google, a subsidiary of internet and technology group Alphabet, on Tuesday.

Financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed. FameBit has created a marketplace that allows individual creators to partner marketers through sponsorships or paid promotion of products and services.
