Diversified internet company Google agreed on Wednesday to acquire US-based developer cloud communications technology provider Jibe Mobile in a deal that will give an exit to mobile network Vodafone.
Founded in 2006, Jibe has built an open end-to-end technology platform that enables mobile carriers to add features like video calling, group chat and large media-file sharing to their product offering.
