Karen Rode has left General Electric’s healthcare corporate venturing fund to create private equity investment programmes at Hewitt EnnisKnupp, a subsidiary of insurance broker and consultancy firm Aon acquired in September.
Rode is now head of global private equity at Hewitt EnnisKnupp having previously been senior managing director of funds at GE Capital for nine years and co-head of the $200m GE Healthymagination corporate venturing fund.
