The second, annual GCVI Summit in Sonoma, California, 25-26 January 2017.

The GCVI Mission: Corporations managing more than $20bn in venture assets, for parents with aggregate revenues of at least $4 trillion, attended the GCV Symposium in London in June to discuss how US firms can expand internationally and capitalize on the industry’s growth. With the biggest economy and venture market remaining in the US and Silicon Valley, the Global Corporate Venturing and Innovation Summit will allow for the international CV&I community to discuss partnership approaches, CVC investment models, best practices to drive competitive advantage and source innovation.

The GCVI Audience: This event will unite an international cross-section of 400+ corporate venturing executives, corporate strategy professionals, venture capitalists, M&A executives and C-level officers including CIOs, CTOs, CIOs and CSOs. Additionally, investment bankers, commercial banks, emerging growth technology companies, universities, and government institutional will be in attendance to tackle how international firms can access the American innovation capital ecosystem and how US firms can benefit from the collaboration as well as the scaling up of the industry itself.

The GCVI Summit builds off the experience of a team with nearly 20 years of working with and running events for global corporate venturing and innovation professionals, and promises to start 2017 with a compelling, informative conference program, top speakers, GCV’s signature “unpanels”, one-to-one networking, GCV’s revered Gala Awards Dinner for Innovation Professionals, a Rising Stars exclusive retreat and the chance to unwind with your peers, over a wine tasting from some of the best vineyards from the Sonoma County region.
