Finalcad constructs $40m series C

Salesforce Ventures joined Aster Capital in a round that increased the construction communication platform's funding to $63m altogether.

France-based construction management app Finalcad has secured $40m in series C funding from investors including Salesforce Ventures, the investment arm of customer relationship management software producer Salesforce.

The round was led by venture capital firm Draper Esprit and also featured Aster Capital, the VC firm funded by industrial groups industrial technology producer Schneider Electric, power and automation product maker Alstom and chemicals supplier Solvay.
