Jebsen Capital co-led a round that boosted the total raised by computer vision technology developer EyeSight, whose backers include Kuang-Chi, Ceva and Mitsui, to $50m.

EyeSight, an Israel-based developer of embedded computer vision technology, has received $15m in a funding round co-led by Jebsen Capital, the corporate venture capital subsidiary of marketing and distribution group Jebsen.

Financial services firm Mizrahi-Tefahot and venture capital firm Arie Capital co-led the round with Jebsen. It increased EyeSight’s overall funding to $50m, the company said.

Founded in 2005, EyeSight produces computer vision and artificial intelligence-powered interfaces that facilitate in-car applications as well as touchless control of connected household devices.
