Denmark-based mobile app EverPlaces and Israel-based video streaming company Pult have each won €100,000 ($129,000) as part of Qualcomm Ventures’s QPrize.

The early stage competition run by the corporate venturing unit of the US-based semiconductor company took place at search engine Google’s London Campus. EverPlaces won the prize for Western Europe, while Pult won the Eastern Europe competition.

Everplaces chief executive Tine Thygesen, whose LinkedIn profile says she is Denmark-based, said “I am stoked about the confidence shown in us by the jury and Qualcomm. What we have on the market right now is only the beginning, there is mountains of potential waiting to be executed on and the jury recognized this. This prize money will help us do this even faster”. The award is the second prize Everplaces has won this week, after it won the White Bull Awards in Barcelona.

Both winners have now entered the QPrize worldwide final, where they can win $100,000
