E-commerce marketplace SnapDeal brings its total round of funding to $102m after raising $50m in a C round of funding led by eBay.

US-listed online marketplace eBay has led a $50m round of series C financing into India-based online group coupon website SnapDeal, as reported on blog site NextBigWhat and confirmed by TechCrunch.

There was also involvement from return backers: venture capital firms Bessemer Venture Partners, Nexus Venture Partners and IndoUS Venture Partners.

Since being founded in 2010, SnapDeal has raised $102m in financing, which includes $12m in a series A round in January 2011 and $40m in a B round in September 2011.
