Unity Technologies has bought game development services provider DeltaDNA, which had raised at least $4.3m from investors including STV.
Media company STV Group has exited UK-based gaming optimisation technology developer DeltaDNA in an acquisition of undisclosed size by 3D software development platform Unity Technologies.
DeltaDNA offers consulting and customer relationship management services for game developers that help them optimise games for players in real time.
The company will continue to operate independently but its technology will be integrated into Unity’s cross-platform game development product, Unity Engine.
