URWork has contributed to a $14.7m round for apartment rental portal Danke Apartment, which will use the capital to expand into three new Chinese markets.

China-based online apartment rental platform Danke Apartment has raised more than RMB100m ($14.7m) in series A+ funding from investors including co-working space provider URWork, China Money Network has reported.

Venture capital firm Joy Capital led the round, which also featured participation from existing investor Kaiwuhuadeng. It comes after Danke Apartment raised an undisclosed eight-figure renminbi amount in a 2015 series A round.

Founded in 2015, Danke Apartment manages more than 30,000 high-end apartments across Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen and Hangzhou.
