Before Inventages, D'Abbadie worked at Technikos, a UK-based medical device venture capital firm, and has joined Spark Impact.

Marc D’Abbadie (pictured) has left Inventages, a venture capital firm backed by Switzerland-based chocolate company Nestle, to be an investment director at peer Spark Impact, a regional subsidiary of Spark Venture Management.

Before Inventages, D’Abbadie worked at Technikos, a UK-based medical device venture capital firm.

Spark, which manages the £25m ($m) North West Fund for Biomedical on behalf of the UK state, has also hired Andy Round to its investment team from intellectual property firm IP-Group.
