Juniper Networks has announced its intent to acquire malware detection platform Cyphort, which has raised $53m from investors including Dell.
Networking technology producer Juniper Networks is set to acquire US-based malware protection technology provider Cyphort, allowing computing company Dell to exit.
Juniper has announced its intention to go through with the acquisition but neither company has disclosed the price. The deal is expected to close in the next month.
