Swisscom Ventures had backed ServiceMesh in July after the company initially raised $15m in November 2011, according to data provider Crunchbase.
CSC, a New York-listed technology services provider, has agreed to acquire ServiceMesh, a US-based enterprise cloud management company backed by Swisscom Ventures, the corporate venturing subsidiary of local telecommunications firm Swisscom, for an undisclosed amount.
Andreas Koenig, Swisscom IT Services’ CEO, said: “Swisscom is building its next-generation cloud offerings with the ServiceMesh Agility Platform, and now together with CSC, we are enthusiastic about the prospect of accelerating our partnership on a global basis.”
