Prosiebensat.1's SevenVentures unit joined fellow existing investors Vattenfall and Rocket Internet to invest $11.3m in smart home product supplier Tink.
Germany-based smart home technology supplier Tink has raised €10m ($11.3m) in series B funding from investors including power producer Vattenfall, e-commerce holding company Rocket Internet and media company Prosiebensat.1, Handelsblatt has reported.
Prosiebensat.1 took part in the round through corporate venturing unit SevenVentures. Tink had raised an undisclosed sum from SevenVentures, Rocket Internet’s Capital Partners unit and the Rocket Internet-affiliated Global Founders Capital fund in 2016, and an undisclosed amount from Vattenfall in August 2017.
