Previously known as Firespotter Labs, the communications services provider has now raised $55m in total from investors including SoftBank and Google.
US-based cloud-based communications services provider Switch Communications secured $35m yesterday in a series C round featuring telecommunications firm SoftBank and Google Ventures, the corporate venturing arm of internet company Google.
Venture capital firm Amasia led the round, which also included VC firms Felicis Ventures, Work-Bench Ventures and Andreessen Horowitz.
