US-based online authentication technolofgy developer Nok Nok Labs closed a $16.3m series C round yesterday after raising an $8m second tranche from investors including mobile network operator NTT Docomo’s corporate venturing unit Docomo Capital.

Docomo Capital was joined by Android tool developer Thundersoft, conglomerate DaouKiwoom, computer maker Lenovo, DCM Ventures, Onset Ventures and Raven Ventures.
