Online gaming company Zynga updates regulatory filing to mention Google.

Online games group Zynga has confirmed US-listed search engine Google as an investor in an updated regulatory filing ahead of its flotation.

Google reportedly invested $100m in Zynga, while Japan-based internet conglomerate Softbank has also invested. Zynga’s $490m series C round closed in February. In the previous three years, Zynga raised more than $355m in its first two rounds.
