Venture capital (VC) firms CMEA Capital and Sierra Ventures made up $5m in the C round with the other $5m from Zarlink Semiconductor.

Zarlink Semiconductor, a Toronto-listed chip maker, has invested half of the $10m series C round for Multigig, a fabless semiconductor company that provides advanced clock generation and timing products for the wired and wireless communications markets.
