Wuhu Yaxia, 2% owned by Shanghai Zichen Electrical, lists in Shenzhen, China.

Wuhu Yaxia Automobile Corporation, a China-based motoring company, which is reportedly backed by Shanghai Zichen Electrical, has raised RMB492m ($77m) in a Chinese flotation.

The company floated in Shenzhen. The company’s shareholders included Millennium Ark Investment (10.9%) and Shanghai Zichen Electrical (2%), news provider PE Daily said.
