Including options, Trifork can buy 12% of NoSQL database vendor Basho Technologies.

Denmark-based technology company Trifork has acquired 8.35% of US-based NoSQL database vendor Basho Technologies for $1.5m.

Trifork also has an option to acquire a further 3.96% at the end of March.

Trifork, which has become the European distributor for Basho’s Riak product, invested as part of a $7.4m series D round.
