China-based online travel site 17u.com sells 30% to Tencent

Tencent, a China-based online media company part owned by South Africa-based Naspers’ corporate venturing unit, has acquired 30% of domestic online travel site 17u.com for about RMB50m ($7.8m) to RMB60m, according to news provider caijing.com.
