Japan-based human resources (HR) services provider Temp Holdings has launched a corporate venturing fund called Temp Innovation Fund in order to invest in HR technology developers.

Temp Innovation will form part of an open innovation strategy that Temp Holdings is deploying to deal with changes to Japan’s HR sector caused by a declining population and the greater diversity of employment structures.
