Bankruptcy
The Central Jakarta district court has declared the bankruptcy of CoHive, an Indonesia-based coworking space operator backed by corporates Sinar Mas, SoftBank, Naver and Line (Line is now under Z Holdings, a holding company owned by SoftBank and Naver). It had raised a total of almost $38m as of 2019.

China-based solar cell manufacturer SolarSpace has raised a total of RMB3bn ($443m) across series B and pre-initial public offering rounds, PEdaily reported. Chemicals conglomerate Sinochem’s corporate venturing arm, Sinochem Capital, took part in the round, as did Shaanxi Shantou Capital Management’s EBI Investment unit and Yingke PE.
