Sathguru Management Consultants (SMC), an India-based advisory firm, is launching a R450 crore ($100m) corporate venturing fund by June. 

The T-Harmony fund will invest in 25 companies in the healthcare, food and technology sectors.

SMC provides consultancy, technology and is a broker and adviser to flotations and takeovers.
