BrightPoint, backed by EMC and originally known as Vorstack, is set to be acquired in all-cash transaction by ServiceNow.
Enterprise cloud company ServiceNow yesterday confirmed it will acquire US-based cybersecurity company BrightPoint Security, backed by data storage hardware producer EMC.
The deal is set to be completed by the end of the month and will be consist of an all-cash transaction, though further financial details remain undisclosed. ServiceNow said it will reveal additional information as part of its second quarter financial results announcement.
