Having invested about $200m in a series of deals, Small Bone Innovations (SBI) sells shoulder unit to Fx Solutions.

Small Bone Innovations (SBI), a US-based orthopedic company treating the small bones & joints, has sold its division dealing with shoulder problems to France-based Fx Solutions for an undisclosed amount.
