Mobile analytics technology developer Sentiance has secured $5.2m in a series A round led by Samsung's $100m Catalyst Fund.

Sentiance, a Belgium-based developer of technology enabling companies to build behavioural profiles of connected mobile device users, raised $5.2m on Tuesday in a series A round led by electronics manufacturer Samsung.

Samsung, which participated through its $100m Catalyst Fund, was joined in the round by Volta Ventures, Qbic Fund, Nova Participations and Pamica.
