Jhajjar region to gain model town from Reliance Ventures Limited and Infrastructure Leasing and Financial Services.

Reliance Ventures Limited, a corporate venturing subsidiary of India-based Reliance Industries, has formed a joint venture with Infrastructure Leasing and Financial Services (IL&FS) to develop a model economic township and other infrastructure facilities at Jhajjar in Haryana, India (pictured).

IL&FS and Reliance Ventures, which is independent of Reliance Ventures Asset Management corporate venturing fund run on behalf of Reliance ADA Group, will own 45% stake each in the venture, with the local government the remainder.
