Razor's Edge invests in emerging private companies and disruptive technologies for the US national security community.

Razor’s Edge Ventures, a venture capital firm run by senior executives of US-based defence contractor Blackbird Technologies, has reportedly raised $43.8m of its targeted $50m fund, according to a regulatory filing.

Mark Spoto, a former lawyer at Cooley, is a managing director at Razor’s Edge and is responsible for the fund’s day-to-day business operations, including public relations.
