Yolanda Wong has taken over the leadership of ServiceNow Ventures, the corporate VC arm enterprise software provider ServiceNow, taking over from Vishal Kumar Gupta who left the unit in October 2025.
Wong joined ServiceNow in 2023 as managing director, ecosystem ventures. Prior to that, she spent nearly five years at enterprise software company Salesforce in various roles, the most recent being vice-president, partner investments and M&A.
Launched in 2015, ServiceNow Ventures broadly invests across emerging technologies to accelerate the potential of AI.
