Kendra Rauschenberger has taken on the role of vice president of global sales for onshore wind at Siemens Gamesa.

Kendra Rauschenberger has left her position as general partner at Siemens Energy Ventures, the corporate VC arm of German energy technology company Siemens Energy, after six and a half years to take on the role of vice president of global sales for onshore wind at Siemens Gamesa.
A GCV Powerlister, Rauschenberger was one of the founding members of Siemens Energy Ventures and played a role growing the unit into “a platform across venture building, venture clienting and venture capital capabilities that is delivering impact and is now embedded in how Siemens Energy approaches innovation and solves business challenges”.
The move to Siemens Gamesa marks a return to wind power for Rauschenberger, who started her journey there when she joined Siemens Energy in 2000 as a trainee.
“I am excited to join the Onshore Wind team at a time when our industry is evolving rapidly and the demand for clean, reliable and affordable energy has never been greater. I look forward to learning and building the future together with colleagues, customers and partners around the world as we help shape the future of energy,” she said in the LinkedIn post announcing her move.
Siemens Energy Ventures was launched in 2020 and works with cleantech startups through venture capital, partnerships, venture building and venture clienting.
