The Google Ventures-backed app development technology provider has now raised more than $25m in debt and equity since it was founded.
Mparticle, a US-based app tool provider backed by corporate venturing unit Google Ventures, has secured $15.1m in series A funding, according to a securities filing.
The company has not revealed the investors, but it had raised $6m in funding from Google Ventures, which invests on behalf of internet conglomerate Alphabet, Bowery Capital, Harbinger Capital, Greylock Partners and Battery Ventures as of October 2014.
The company obtained another $4.3m in debt financing in July this year.
