Wellington Financial lends $8m to Mformation Technologies, a US-based provider of mobile device management technology.

Mformation Technologies, a US-based provider of mobile device management technology, has raised $8m of venture debt from Wellington Financial, a partnership controlled by its management and Canada-listed Clairvest Group.

Mformation previously raised $20m in May 2007’s series E equity round from Intel Capital, the corporate venturing unit of chip maker Intel, credit card company Visa International and venture capital firms Battery Ventures, Carmel Ventures, North Bridge Venture Partners, QuestMark Partners and Wasatch Advisors.
