Texas Health Resources, provided $25m to MedSynergies after acquiring MedicalEdge at the start of the month and spinning off the PhyServe division.

MedSynergies has raised $25m after completing the purchase of PhyServe, the management services organization that has served MedicalEdge Healthcare Group’s physicians and their business operations.
