Optum has led a series A round for LetsGetChecked, which enables users to take medical tests at home.
Ireland-based medical testing platform LetsGetChecked has closed a $12m series A round that was led by Optum Ventures, the venturing fund of health services provider Optum.
Venture capital firm Qiming Venture Partners also took part in the round.
Founded in 2014, LetsGetChecked enables users to conduct regulated medical tests themselves at home, with the current offering including cancer screening, as well as sexual health, fertility and hormone testing.
