The US-based cloud company raises its seed round from investors including Citrix one year after its founding.

US-based technology company Citrix Systems invested in US-based cloud service provider Iron.io on December 7 as part of a $1.4m seed round.

The funding was headed by venture firm Baseline Ventures. Venture firms Ignition Partners and Cloud Capital Partners also participated, as did angel investors Jonathan Siegel, Matt Ocko, Jared Kopf and Lance White.
