Intelligize, a US-based company to help people search US regulatory databases, has completed a $1.5m series B round from a consortium including Reed Elsevier Ventures (REV), the corporate venturing unit of the eponymous UK-listed publisher.
First Round Capital and White Owl Capital also reinvested having also provided the A round last year.
