Germany-based power utility RWE Innogy’s corporate venturing unit has bought 20% of Sweden-based Airec, which makes heat exchangers for gases.

Two Swedish investment funds, Industrifonden and TeknoSeed, also participated in the round of undisclosed size of Airec.
