IDG Ventures has invested $4m in the India-based e-commerce company.

E-commerce company Valyoo Technologies raised $4m of series A funding on Monday from IDG Ventures India, the India-based corporate venturing subsidiary of technology, media and research corporation the International Data Group.

Founded in 2008, Valyoo has since launched fashion accessory-focused online retail sites including Lenskart.com, Bagskart.com and Watchkart.com.
