Smartblue received seed financing to monitor photovoltaic systems while HTGF, state fund Bayern Kapital and angel investor Dieter Manstein invested in GME Medical Engineering.

High-Tech Gründerfonds (HTGF), a Germany-based seed investor backed by the state and more than a dozen local companies, has funded two local companies.
