SingTel Innov8 invested as part of a round that Fireglass will use to expand R&D, sales and marketing as it prepares to release its first cybersecurity product.

US-based enterprise cybersecurity technology developer Fireglass has raised $20m in a series A round featuring Singtel Innov8, the corporate venturing arm of telecom company Singapore Telecommunications.

Venture capital firms Norwest Venture Partners and Lightspeed Venture Partners also invested in the round, as did angel investors Mickey Boodaei and Rakesh Loonkar, co-founders of financial services cybersecurity company Trusteer.
