The cyberthreat intelligence platform took its overall funding to $7.3m in a round featuring telecom network KPN's corporate venturing unit.

Netherlands-based cybersecurity intelligence platform EclecticIQ raised €5.5m ($6.4m) in series A funding from KPN Ventures, the corporate venturing subsidiary of telecommunications company KPN, and venture capital firm Inkef Capital yesterday.

EclecticIQ’s software aggregates multiple sources of intelligence concerning threat detection, prevention and response capabilities into a single platform, incorporating the insights of security analysts into workflows.
