Trading software provider Trading Technologies acquired AxeTrading, a UK-based fixed-income investment tool provider backed by renminbi-focused financial information aggregator Sumscope, for an undisclosed sum. The corporate joined International Finance Corporation and SixThirty to provide an undisclosed amount of series A funding for AxeTrading in 2020.

ZKH Group, a China-based industrial maintenance product marketplace backed by corporates Legend Holdings, Tencent and Xiamen C&D, filed for an initial public offering on the New York Stock Exchange. It is reportedly seeking up to $200m from the IPO.

US-based contextual computing technology developer Humane received $100m in a series C round featuring software producer Microsoft as well as chipmaker Qualcomm, automotive manufacturer Volvo Cars and conglomerates SK Group and LG, the last four through Qualcomm Ventures, Volvo Cars Tech Fund Hico Capital and LG Technology Ventures respectively. The round was led by Kindred Ventures and also backed by Top Tier Capital, Hudson Bay Capital Tiger Global, Valia Ventures, Forerunner Ventures, Socium Ventures and private investors Lachy Groom and Sam Altman.
