The cloud gaming platform developer has raised series A financing from backers including France-based telecom company Alcatel-Lucent.
US-based cloud computing company CiiNOW secured $13m in series A funding on Friday from telecommunications corporation Alcatel-Lucent, investment firm Foundation Capital and a third, undisclosed investor.
CiiNOW is the developer of a cloud computing platform that allows game publishers, retailers and carriers to charge for games using asset sales, rental or subscription-based models, across PCs, mobile and tablet devices.
