The Akamai-backed data recovery and storage platform developer took its overall funding to almost $60m in a round that included an undisclosed corporate investor.
ClearSky Data, a US-based data storage and recovery technology provider backed by content delivery software producer Akamai, has secured $20m in funding from new and existing investors.
The round included an unnamed technology provider in addition to Pear Tree Partners, General Catalyst, Highland Capital Partners and Polaris Partners, and took the company’s total funding to $59.4m.
