RiverMeadow Software closes $12m series B funding from investors including Cisco and Violin Memory.
RiverMeadow Software, a US-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) company which migrates servers into the cloud, has closed a $12m series B financing round from investors including network systems company Cisco and flash memory maker Violin Memory.
The new funding will support RiverMeadow’s growth.
Previously, RiverMeadow raised $5m venture funding in August 2012. The company was founded in 2009.
